Level 3 Building Survey

A Level 3 survey provides a more detailed inspection and a more comprehensive report than a Level 2.

It is often chosen for older properties, altered buildings, or where buyers want a deeper understanding of future repair risks and maintenance planning.

More time is spent investigating the building and analysing how construction and materials are performing.  A more detailed survey often costs a little more initially but can provide greater clarity on future repair costs and reduce the risk of unexpected expenditure after moving in.
